Dear Kellie, May I take this opportunity to thank you and especially Hannah and Sophia for the outstanding work that you and your team have done for us. It's extremely rare to have a person with such drive, dedication and commitment…and unbelievably, you have (2) of them! It was certainly the best decision that Brigitte and I took to choose Kingsfords as our solicitors to deal with our house sale. We are extremely grateful for all that you have done for us and for your unstinting assurances and perseverance. We will be in contact in the not too distant future to undertake the Powers of Attorney work that I mentioned to Hannah - but rest assured that we won't be moving home any time soon!! Enjoy the festive season and we wish you all good fortune and happiness in 2021. Kindest regards and stay well

I have used you to purchase properties and will continue to use you for all future purchases. The team has been extremely helpful, especially when things became difficult. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me with my walker in the rain and snow.

Sadie Smith was prompt, professional, helpful and kind. Sadie was extremely quick in getting everything across to the sellers solicitors and kept me updated promptly, she went above and beyond to complete on a specific timescale put forward by the sellers. Even the estate agents were praising how quickly Sadie had acted upon everything. Thank you for all you help and support getting us on the property ladder.

Lea gave us an exemplary level of service at a reasonable fee level. We would unreservedly recommend her.

Excellent professional conveyancing. Completed on time with no hassle. Very happy and will be using again. Thanks Sophie Ellis

I appointed Natalie O'Donohue and Maxwell Hodge for some conveyancing. The whole process, from start to finish, was first class. Fast, efficient, and Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend.

Friendly professional approachable team. Dealt with my matter efficiently. Would definitely make use of their service again.

Our solicitor for this transaction was Jo Showan. The service Jo provided was excellent. Her advice and patience steering this complicated case over an extensive period of time was fantastic.

I had the pleasure of working with Bronte to help me through a house sale. She and the team at Rawlins Davy Reeves were friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
