What a great company to handle all my property purchases, lease extensions and will writing matters. Expert advice, professional and personalised service. You really are in safe hands with Mark Feely and his experienced team. So pleased to have been recommended to them over 10 years ago. Just completed another purchase for me in a very difficult market. Well done!

Exceptional service. I was kept informed throughout. Very helpful and approachable. Would recommend and will use again.

MBH solicitors will always be my go-to if I ever need legal help, advice or services. I have worked with Samantha twice now, both for housing ventures. After acquiring their help many years ago with a Title of Transfer, I enlisted their help again to move home, as I always remembered how professional, quick and generally good Samantha’s service was. And again, they didn’t disappoint - even after several years, their service is still second to none. From helping us to navigate a somewhat complicated move, and always willing to provide support if we needed help understanding anything, Samantha and her team were always able to offer advice quickly, which made the process much easier and less stressful. If you’re looking for a Solicitor or Conveyancer, I cannot recommend MBH enough, and I would personally like to thank Samantha and her team for their service and help over these past few months.

Some people told me I could get a tenancy agreement form from the internet for nothing. I am so glad I got you [Beth Reid] instead! You have really helped me understand what is going on here, my responsibilities and duties, My friends who are my tenants also have never experienced so much care, which comes from you, via me.

Melissa Claire and Abbie have delivered my mum’s move brilliantly. Melissa inspired confidence and was efficient, knowledgeable and charming and pushed the exchange through on quite a tight schedule. It could have been very stressful - moving my mum from one side of the country to another - but really hasn’t been. Many thanks indeed!

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

This is the first time that I have used Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP and I dealt with Mr Mark Yiu, I am very happy with the service, Mark was very helpful with any queries and provided professional knowledge, everything was dealt in a timely manner. Overall a very smooth and stress free experience. We will definitely use Mark again and recommend his services!

I have used Russell and Russell Solicitors for every house sale and purchase - each time quality service. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying. It was so stressful but they were so supportive and we can't thank them enough. Totally recommend using this firm for both sales and purchases.

Tom Bodkin and his colleagues provided fantastic support to resolve my dispute with the freehold owner of my flat.
