Helen, my solicitor, considered my case very carefully, and then offered me possible choices that could save time and cost. She always planned ahead that the things could happen and let me have sufficient time to prepare. My case is a little complex as it was involved with both UK financial setlement and overseas jurisdictions. She planned me to begin with simple matter -- get back land register (least cost), then pointed out, in case of need, receiving counsel advice and seeking barrister (more expensive). This was proved the most efficient as to process my case.

Moving is stressful at best but we had real issues with our sale, one which really jeopardised the entire deal. We looked at costs and really did consider the bucket shop legal deal, but boy am i glad we didn't. Our house boundary was incorrectly registered, and only someone with expert knowledge of land registration and the right people to solve the issue were able to save the day. Eileanora dealt with it and always had a solution not an excuse she was commensurate in her field and made us feel we were in control and in the right hands. In the end we sold the house corrected the boundary's and moved, all because we chose the right legal experts. Can only highly recommend, and would definitely use Eileanora again....10/10 worth every penny, don't skimp on expert advise.

With Martin Tolhurst I have undertaken an re-mortgage and lease extension together, and the teams have been fantastic with their services. The lease extension is a long process and Surinder and the team kept me up to date and answered any questions I had with the process. I used Ollie to purchase an old agricultural barn with planning permission to convert to a home.
