Nicola has been fantastic from beginning to end, she has been really supportive and always very realistic with all of her advice and knowledge. She has been so professional, answering all of our questions in a timely manner and always sending emails or submitting forms when she said she would. We are truly grateful for her help to resolve our matter.

Efficient, Professional Service

We have engaged Bev and her team on two occasions to date; a house sale and house purchase. Both experiences were extremely positive and Bev made the whole experience as painless as possible. I particularly liked Bev's professionalism, efficiency and excellent communications. I would definitely recommend Ringrose Law and we will use them again.

Great solicitor and great firm to deal with, thank you!

If you are looking for a solicitor that is conscientious, professional and always one step ahead then look no further.
Selling property is stressful but the one thing we didn’t need to worry about was our side of the transaction. Jacqueline kept us informed every step of the way and dealt with our legalities extremely efficiently. I couldn’t recommend her and Roselaw highly enough, if only all solicitors were like her!
Thank you for all your hard work.

I would like to share my brief experience working with a solicitor from this firm Paulette Watson, but unfortunately, it was not a positive one. Right from the start, there was miscommunications between another firm, which led to a tense and unpleasant interaction. Despite being the victim in my case, the solicitor approached me with anger and was extremely abrupt in her manner.

During our brief conversation, she referred to my case as a "mess" and made me feel inadequate, even though the situation was not my fault. This left me feeling deflated and embarrassed, especially considering the already challenging circumstances and my desperation surrounding my unexpected legal case.

While I understand that solicitors have the right to decline cases that they don't believe are a good fit, I firmly believe that there is a better way to handle such situations. It would have been more appropriate if she had communicated her decision with empathy and grace, rather than exacerbating my feelings of distress.

Thankfully, another solicitor took over my case the following day and managed it with ease and settled within days which actually was a very quick prompt communication between firms. They displayed understanding and quickly resolved the matter, leaving me relieved. This stark contrast in approach highlighted just how poorly the previous solicitor handled the situation.

Looking ahead, I sincerely hope that this solicitor can learn from this experience and approach similar situations with more empathy and grace, particularly when declining cases for personal reasons and are in need. It is crucial to remember that clients are often going through difficult times, and a compassionate approach can make a significant difference in their overall experience.

Great experience with Jacqueline Ross from Boston Branch.
She kept us informed and was very professional. We bought a house in a modern auction with a 56 day exchange . Despite the poor communication from the seller's solicitor and IamSold team, Jacqueline did an amazing job.
Highly recommend to everyone.

Very poor indeed overall impression
I spoke with the receptionist giving her the information that she would need. I then assumed this would be passed on & subsequently a "solicitor" would make the effort to phone me back with perhaps an appointment to discuss the appropriate action needed

"Well not so," I phoned back and left a message & left a message on there website stating the poor service.
"Then and only then" did someone phone back
And sent me a email
Stating there costs "apparently it would take a solicitor up to 3-5 hours to determine what WORDS he or she would need to put in a litigation letter on my behalf, & ( only to determine the content period). To then actually type the letter would be another 1-1.5 hourly charge. " incredible absolutely incredible
"I myself had already drafted the WORDS I thought appropriate, & needed there services as a legal requirement
It had taken me 30 minutes that included two mugs of tea and several biscuits I have attained A level English decades previously.
So yet again we find ourselves in life being ripped off. I honestly believe there is a serious shortage of honour & fairness with humanity & things will only deteriorate.

Ps, I did calculate the cost of buying & selling a property with solicitors fees having done so many times in the UK & abroad & my conclusion it would be almost cheaper to move house than use there services to draft one letter

No communication at all takes days to get a reply from a email I'm constantly try to phone and I get no where and its a serious matter! You'd think they'd take care in there work and other people but they've let me down and left me to fend on my own !
