Very knowledgeable and friendly Solicitors

Megan Whitaker has looked after my claim for 4 years and I was very very happy with all the work she did on my behalf.

Karen Cawood also very helpful and courteous although I was only with her for a short time.

Thank you to you both.

Excellent

We dealt with Emma Penson for buying a BTL property, although it fell through in the process whilst we were dealing with her she was fantastic at communicating with us, we could trust her to keep us updated. She even managed to get us some money back for the searches that had been sent off. We would happily use them again for our future properties.

I had heard horror stories about the help to buy pay back process but Beverley made it all very straightforward and stress free. I hope Beverley is available to help with my next house move 😊.

Well there was me thinking that Kate was going to be caring and help my mum through the loss of my dad passing December last Yr.she started his will in January and has not helped us or kept in contact I have never ever known a bad solicitor like this in all my life she is stressing my mum out over my dad's assets I would never ever deal with this solicitor. Absolutely disgusting my dad would be turning in his grave what a big let down shocking disgraceful.my mum has emailed them 3 times last week and not even a reply back from this kate twigg.my mum could not even have a funeral for dad in December as she wouldn't let any money go so I phoned 10 undertakers told every 1 the story and thankfully 1 undertaker did my dad's funeral this Yr but we couldn't see him.but thanks to the lovely undertaker he gave us more respect and dignity than these soldiers how sad is this story and my mum went with no food no heating because these people would not help her so please people be careful who you choose you also with my mum not eating she has lost two and a half stone no thanks to her cos that is true kate has failed us and failed my dad.

My partner and I used Ringrose to buy our first house and Amanda who was our solicitor was amazing very helpful and made our lives as easy as possible and took all the stress off of our shoulders, if you had any questions you could ring up or use the app which they use and they would be answered then and there(if they were asked during office hours). The whole experience was great and as painless as it could be. I would whole heartedly recommend Ringrose to anyone who is looking for a solicitor for buying a house. Thankyou very much Ringrose team. 😁

I Contacted the Grantham branch roughly 3 months ago regarding a personal injury claim, I have been chasing it up for the entire time with not one call back whatsoever. Every time I phone I'm promised a call back from Jade Casey but never hear anything. Gave up in the end and decided to share my experience so others don't waste their time using this company. It's been so long since the injury now that it's unlikely I will be able to pursue this with another law firm so not only have they wasted my time for the last 3 months I am unlikely to be able to receive any compensation at all. Not a professional service and really not sure how they are still in business if they just ignore potential clients.

Great experience with Jacqueline Ross from Boston Branch.
She kept us informed and was very professional. We bought a house in a modern auction with a 56 day exchange . Despite the poor communication from the seller's solicitor and IamSold team, Jacqueline did an amazing job.
Highly recommend to everyone.

Very poor indeed overall impression
I spoke with the receptionist giving her the information that she would need. I then assumed this would be passed on & subsequently a "solicitor" would make the effort to phone me back with perhaps an appointment to discuss the appropriate action needed

"Well not so," I phoned back and left a message & left a message on there website stating the poor service.
"Then and only then" did someone phone back
And sent me a email
Stating there costs "apparently it would take a solicitor up to 3-5 hours to determine what WORDS he or she would need to put in a litigation letter on my behalf, & ( only to determine the content period). To then actually type the letter would be another 1-1.5 hourly charge. " incredible absolutely incredible
"I myself had already drafted the WORDS I thought appropriate, & needed there services as a legal requirement
It had taken me 30 minutes that included two mugs of tea and several biscuits I have attained A level English decades previously.
So yet again we find ourselves in life being ripped off. I honestly believe there is a serious shortage of honour & fairness with humanity & things will only deteriorate.

Ps, I did calculate the cost of buying & selling a property with solicitors fees having done so many times in the UK & abroad & my conclusion it would be almost cheaper to move house than use there services to draft one letter

We would like to thank you for the speed and efficiency with which the sale of our parents bungalow was dealt with. Your regular updates were also much appreciated. You have made, what could have been a difficult time for us, much easier and for that, we are very grateful.

With many thanks,
