Absolutely 💯 service from start to finish. Richard came into the claim over 4 years in of pure misery, no communication and let down after let down by another insurance firm. From day 1 was kept informed and upto date and he took my claim from zero to payout in several months. I can't stress enough how professional and knowledgeable Richard is and a true gent.
