Esme and her team have helped me over the last 2 years on and off, they have been great throughout! Reassuring and have taken their time to explain things to me that I haven’t been fully about to understand. Esme was the first point of contact. Great humour and understanding!

He provided excellent support and clear advice throughout my personal injury claim, always keeping me updated and working hard to achieve the best outcome. His professionalism and genuine care for my case made a real difference. Thank you so much, Krzysztof, for everything!

My Divorce

I first contacted Ringrose Law in October 2021. I think I am nearly completed now, May 2025. In that time I've had four solicitors represent me. Linda Berry, Clare Page, Charlotte Hallam and finally Nick Aspley. Changing solicitors concerned me, having to explain my situation more than a few times. When I got to know Nick my mind certainly was in a better place. He is a fantastic solicitor in my opinion and did everything in his power to reassure me and guide me through a very difficult time.

Catherine was excellent

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Catherine in helping me with my discrimination case. From our very first call, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. All team members I was in contact with from the Ringrose law took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything in clear terms, and guided me through each step of the legal process with patience and confidence.

What stood out most was their dedication. Catherine was always responsive, well-prepared, and truly invested in achieving the best possible outcome for me. It felt like more than just legal representation - it felt like having a true advocate in my corner.

Thanks to Ringrose Law, a stressful and uncertain situation became manageable and even empowering. I am beyond grateful for their support and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of top-tier legal expertise. They are simply outstanding.

Accident Compensation Claim

I have recently worked with Krzysztof Kozlowski through Ringrose Law. Due to the nature of my case I worked with several solicitors over 4 years, all of whom were very helpful and had my interests at hand. Krzysztof was my final solicitor and I was thoroughly impressed. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and communicated clearly and promptly. I always felt informed and knew exactly what was happening with my case. What really stood out to me was his integrity. He offered honest advice that I felt I could trust completely, which is so important when dealing with personal (but legal) matters. He made complex issues easy to understand and ( I felt )always had my best interests in mind. I’m really pleased with the support and guidance Krzysztof provided. He made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I genuinely felt cared for as a client. I highly recommend Krzysztof to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy solicitor. Personally I couldn't have asked for better assistance.

I'm not exactly sure what I paid for frankly. I was at court for sentencing yesterday my solicitor asked me if I'd seen probation even though I'd told them several times I'd had a pre sentence report. I barely spoke to Andrew before going into court having sat there from 09.15 till 15.30. Apparently was busy with several other people. Seemed completely disinterested and I didn't feel supported at all. I also didn't like the way the magistrate was allowed to pester me to pay more money monthly that I said I couldn't afford. You would think your solicitor would ask you what your financial situation was ie incoming and outgoings before going into a situation where your going to get a financial penalty. I think the outcome would of been exactly the same without paying 600 pounds for a solicitor from ringrose law. Extremely disappointed with the service I believe a refund would be fair in this instance as I don't think I received what I paid for. One would assume the whole point of hiring a solicitor is for someone to fight your corner where my experience was my solicitor just accepting whatever happens. Very bizzare experience and not what I've encountered before when hiring representation. Overall extremely disappointed and wouldn't use them again.

Dreadful experience with these solicitors. I reached out in December regarding the passing of my father and the management of his estate and Solicitor Kate Twigg advised that she could help, and asked me to provide identification to open a case file - I provided my passport and bank statement - sensitive information I don't like just sharing at random.

She was totally unresponsive to attempts at communication - not responding for months at a time and then responding, unprofessionally with a "sorry shall I do this?" a month later, before disappearing again.

After months of being basically ghosted by her, I asked her to close the file and I'd contact another solicitor. I had only not done so sooner because I had so many other things going on. This is unacceptable and ridiculous - we are all busy people but if you are not able to provide clients who are dealing with bereavement even the most minimal amount of time to do the things they want to pay you for, you should be upfront and not accept the client.

Well there was me thinking that Kate was going to be caring and help my mum through the loss of my dad passing December last Yr.she started his will in January and has not helped us or kept in contact I have never ever known a bad solicitor like this in all my life she is stressing my mum out over my dad's assets I would never ever deal with this solicitor. Absolutely disgusting my dad would be turning in his grave what a big let down shocking disgraceful.my mum has emailed them 3 times last week and not even a reply back from this kate twigg.my mum could not even have a funeral for dad in December as she wouldn't let any money go so I phoned 10 undertakers told every 1 the story and thankfully 1 undertaker did my dad's funeral this Yr but we couldn't see him.but thanks to the lovely undertaker he gave us more respect and dignity than these soldiers how sad is this story and my mum went with no food no heating because these people would not help her so please people be careful who you choose you also with my mum not eating she has lost two and a half stone no thanks to her cos that is true kate has failed us and failed my dad.
