After sustaining a head injury in an accident at work I decided to make a claim on my employers insurance. I looked for a solicitor that specialised in head injuries and decided on John Knight at Ringrose Law. It was a difficult decision to make for me but he put me at ease and explained the process very well. He then assembled a great team including Bethany who stayed with me from start to finish. I found Bethany to be very professional and knowledgeable but also pleasant and understanding on a personal level. I always received great communication from her and together with the rest of the team she achieved a most satisfactory outcome that will make dealing with my symptoms in the future much easier. Bethany made our claim the easiest anything could’ve been made from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered ASAP, any emails we sent were fired straight back.
