What has happened to this company?

We have used Ringrose Law successfully and received excellent service with over 10 Conveyancing Transactions during the last 10 years. We recently contacted them for advise on one of the above properties. After several weeks of being moved from one employee to another we have now been informed by their "Operations Director ", Mr David Heath, that they cannot assist us " because there is a potential own interest conflict over their actions and they recommend us to seek another firm of Solicitors. Is it acceptable for a Solicitor to wash their hands of a potential mistakes which we were not aware of and could have quite happily helped to resolve? We have had no previous communications from them about any potential problem just the Operations Director email.

Fantastic result for Totting up & Plea of Hardship

I had multiple speeding tickets caught on camera and was facing a driving ban. I was looking for an affordable firm to help me with my case. Laura gave me free advice how to enter the plea without pressuring me into any contract with Ringrose Law. After I got a court date, I contacted Laura again. The solicitor, Mr T. Freitas took my case. Laura & Mr Freitas were very professional. All of my queries were responded in a timely fashion. I was allowed to attend the court remotely, but Mr. Freitas was at the court. The result was fantastic: I didn't lose my driving license. Thank you so much for your expertise.

Thank you it was a pleasure to use your services.

I have had my will drawn up and the process was very professional.
Sue was very professional, gave me the correct advice when i asked questions and made me feel at ease. On the day that I signed my will Nerina explained my will to me and was very helpful,
Ringrose Law was the correct choice for my needs, they were very professional and supportive to my wishes. I would recommend Ringrose Law for everyone's legal needs.

Divorce

Once finally settled on a single solicitor within the firm it was easy to get the case closed. Emma was great in this regard. Getting to that stage was problematic and caused stress to me at a difficult time with little communication and repetition of info I had already given at cost to me.

Stay Away!

Probably the worst solicitors out there! Their incompetence meant the purchase of my home was delayed by months at a crucial time. The reason was mainly because the solicitors were lazy and simply unwilling to do their job. Everyone else including the estate agent was in awe of the ridiculous the service was. Stay away especially from Julie’s team.

A big thank you to the whole team who assisted us with our house move. They have been thoroughly professional throughout, and were easily the most efficient solicitor in our long chain.

They also showed great patience when others were holding things up unnecessarily.

Thanks again.

I would like to say that Narina has gone above and beyond not just with my parents house sale but with her assistant with my mother will and my father power of attorney application.

She has shown myself and my family great compassion at a difficult time . She is a credit to Ringrose and an example of how the personal touch goes a long way.

Please expressed my thanks and gratitude to all that has help,

Rebecca Fowler
