Professional & compassionate
Megan has been nothing but amazing from start to finish with our case.

Gratitude and Admiration...
Megan has been an exceptional individual. Though professional, Megan understands the impact of how traumatic the case can still be years down the line so Megan is always aware and very sensitive to how I will take on board new findings, medical reports and reliving the whole medical negligence again. Megan is a very compassionate, understanding and flexible individual with admirable peoples skills. She is an effective communicator and a very good listener who pays attention to even the very finer detail. Megan is very thorough, diligent, associate solicitor that leaves no stone unturned. Always punctual and delivers within timescales set. Life changing and empathetic Solicitor.
Meghan has looked after my medical negligence case for the past couple of years. I remember at the time, I called 25 law firms regarding this case and felt dismissed and unheard. Meghan’s firm was the 26th; and from that day my life changed. Meghan went the extra mile to hear what the circumstances were around this case and took the case on initially to see if there was something to answer. She felt that something wasn’t quite right. We now have two very strong medical reports backing what we have felt from the start. This could not have been possible without the hard work and tenacity displayed by Meghan in handling my case.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Megan. Her professionalism and empathetic nature has been second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend her. If only all solicitors embodied Meghan's characteristics - she is an absolute credit to the firm she represents and her profession.

Clinical Negligence Claim
From the first time I spoke to Megan at Ringrose in 2019 she has always been kind, helpful and very very clear in everything she said.

Outstanding service at an incredibly difficult time
Megan was recommended to assist us in our medical negligence case following the death of our baby son. At this most difficult time, she was very sensitive and understanding of our need to limit the trauma of revisiting the events. She worked thoroughly and with perseverance to obtain resolution for us, and her knowledge of the applicable processes and relevant legalities was outstanding. Reaching a positive outcome for our claim was more straightforward than I had anticipated.

Excellent service, friendly and professional
I'm extremely impressed with the solicitor Megan Whitaker who during my case was very attentive to my wellbeing, friendly, with excellent communication skills, Megan is very professional and you can see she has a great passion for her work, she gives good advice and gave me lots of support in my case, it felt like I had her full attention and support 100% of the time, very important when fighting a case.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a solicitor, Megan is attentive to detail, consistent throughout, her skills are of high standards. Oh yes forgot to say we won the negligence case.

Excellent service

High level of professional competency and perseverance.
This was not an easy experience for me - a clinical negligence case following the death of my father.
