The communication was not very good between the client and solicitor one meeting face to face then that was it just email to discuss the claim I feel that it took to long to get the settlement decision with the defendant it was very hard to contact the solicitor by telephone also I was very disappointed

Commendation of Jade Casey
Ms Casey took over my case from her retiring colleague. The case had limped along for over a year and I was beginning to feel dismayed. Suddenly the handling of my personal injury application came alive. On receiving my paperwork Jade called me to update me and we discussed my wishes and her analysis in detail. She explained her planned course of action and then consulted and updated me throughout as her discussions with the defendant progressed. She was infinitely patient and supportive. Her style is friendly but professional. She has always sent complementary written documentation following each of our telephone calls and I have felt extremely well informed at all times. Jade restored my confidence in Ringrose Law after a very shaky start . I wouldn't have given Ringrose a single star at the outset but once Jade had taken over my case my opinion soared and I would now highly recommend Ringrose to friends and colleagues.
