I would like to give an excellent review to Ringrose Law, especially Miss Beverly Kirk, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my property purchase. She always responded to my enquiries on time, guided me clearly, and helped reduce the stress I was going through. My situation was very difficult. My initial solicitors, who were supposed to complete my property purchase last year in August, went into insolvency. I received a letter from HM Land Registry telling me I must appoint another solicitor to finish the job. This was extremely stressful. I contacted many solicitors — most did not respond, and some said they did not have capacity. I realised that many firms do not want to complete work that was started by someone else. We cannot fault the service we received from start to finish. The process of selling and buying was dealt with professionally and efficiently. We were kept informed of where we were in the process, we were kept up to date with emails, phone calls and the Ringrose app. What we especially appreciated was the fact that a team of people were engaged in the work involved which meant that things progressed in a timely fashion.
