Tracey Parsons We chose Tracey to be our solicitor after she was highly recommended to us. We had offered on a house extremely close to the stamp duty holiday cut off. There was only 8 working days left until the stamp duty holiday ended. We asked if she would be able to complete our house buying transaction in 8 working days as the saving would make a huge difference to us and enable us to complete work in our new house that we needed to do. This did not phase Tracey and she said that she thought that she would be to do this. Tracey was extremely hardworking, efficient, highly competent and thorough with a lovely manner. Her communication was outstanding at all times throughout the whole process and she kept us updated at all times with anything going on and she gave us extremely quick replies to any emails that I sent. She was friendly, clear, dedicated and we thought the job she provided for us was to a very high standard. To be able to complete our purchase to such a high standard in such a short time frame was outstanding. In the end it was completed in 7 working days. What an achievement! She is a complete asset to Aldridge and Brownlee. We would highly recommend her to absolutely everyone. You will not find a better solicitor. We are so happy that she undertook the challenge and now we have our dream family home thanks to her sheer hard work and determination. Emma and Leon Spurway

The sale of my mother's property (she is in a care home, and I am her attorney) was handled smoothly by BHP Law. Friendly and professional communication throughout, with prompt, clear responses to our questions - especially from Tracey Steele.

I recommend their services 100%. They know what they are doing . I can not fault them on anything. Professional, personal and caring. Best solicitor in the Bedfordshire area. I will recommend. Bushra and Sobiah were amazing. Thank you

Once again an excellent service received from Michelle and her team. The stress was taken out of the selling and buying process by knowing we were in very safe hands. From start to finish GL led the way and were clear, supportive, always available for legal advice, and prompt with paperwork. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A super service provided by Clare Waters and her colleagues in completing the transfer of the property from my late parents estate into my sole name. Much appreciated.

Very satisfied with service. Whole process went smoothly and in good time. Was quoted total cost and there was no hidden charges. Would use Hansells again and I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with Natalie over the years to handle property related matters. Each time (as with previous cases) she has been great in terms of communicating what was needed, the status of the case and if any things were pending. Cannot praise her enough for her expertise! Thank you!

Am blown away by the efficiency and quality of service provided by Sophie Cannon and her team during my recent house sale. They made the whole process feel safe and smooth, no question was too small or too much trouble. Super appreciative and grateful and will definitely be a returning client!

I am very happy and grateful for the support I received from Katie Bowler, the trainee solicitor, during the transfer of the mortgage from my ex and me into my sole name. She was very quick to respond, communication was excellent, and I always felt I could rely on getting a reply promptly. Great communication, highly recommended. All the best, Katie.

Chris and his team have always gone above and beyond in their diligence to ensure that my property needs are solved as painlessly as possible. Their constant communication, attention to detail and timely manner in pushing forward with requests, mean that I would not hesitate to use them once again. Having made many recommendations to friends, my sentiments would be echoed by them too.
