We had a fantastic experience with Tim Lancaster (Conveyancing Executive). As first time buyers we were keen to be guided through the conveyancing process. Tim was fantastic; he was organised, focused and calm. He really understood our objectives and delivered them in a clear manner. Everyone warned us of how stressful buying a house is. However, with Tim’s support he made the experience far less stressful than we anticipated. We would recommend Tim wholeheartedly.

Thank you so much for being so prompt and professional, we have engaged in a lot of business with you over the year, and it makes us really appreciate your service whilst dealing with others

Friendly and efficient service. The speed of turnaround to queries put our purchasers solicitors to shame

First class service from start to end. Deepak, in particular was brilliant - professional, helpful, thorough and was so proactive and quick to respond to any question I had. I would 100% recommend this solicitors and use them again in the future. Thank you Deepak and team for making my house purchase as straight forward as possible.

I recently moved house from South West London to East Sussex. The period of the move included two lock downs. So the move took 10 months. This was something none of us had experienced, including our solicitor, Ashraf Islam or any of the staff at Rose and Rose. In what, in normal times is considered a very stressful time, now became ten times worse. However, it would have been, had it not been for Ashraf, who kept us fully informed and who at various points, seemed to go the extra mile, to keep the move on track. The staff and Ashraf always seemed to be available for help or advice. If I left a message it was always answered promptly. In short, I could not be happier with the service we received from all the staff at Rose and Rose, and especially Ashraf Islam.

I instructed the firm in a purchase, hoping to complete before the stamp duty deadline. Today, two weeks early, I have completed when other solicitors informed me it was impossible. The firm conducted the transaction efficiently and very thoroughly. As a fellow legal professional I am very impressed. Not only will I only use Blackfriars Law personally but I will also be recommending to friends and family, and in fact already have done so. Thank you Anwar and Mohammed for the great service!

We were passed to XYZ Law from our previous solicitors Notary Express when they ceased trading this was of great concern to me as I was at a delicate stage with my house move. However on talking with Anis the senior partner in XYZ Law I knew straight away that was no need for any concern as the transition was seamless, I flagged up a couple of issues to Anis that were on going from my case and he immediately set about sorting these out, I cannot recommend XYZ Law highly enough, a professional caring company that will get the job done.

Both Micaela Dempsey and Denise Roberts have given us excellent legal advice and support with the Repossession of our flat. Always returned calls and after Micaela attended Court on our behalf gave us a full account of what had transpired. This has not been an easy eviction as the tenant in question has been devious in the extreme. Denise Roberts has always dealt with our queries and requests efficiently and quickly which we appreciate. We have no hesitation in recommending both Micaela and Denise as an extremely good legal partnership.
