I used Claire for the sale of my flat which is share of freehold and the purchase of my new house. My flat is share of freehold and Claire was excellent at communicating with the co-freeholders who are slow to respond and required a proactive approach to get the sale through. Back in July Purchased my very first property and I have used Judge and Priestley as My Conveyancing Solicitors. Louise Hyland and Her Assistant Chloe Starck were Brilliant throughout the whole process and Made sure to always keep me up to date as to what was happening. If ever I was unsure of anything or did not understand something they were always on hand to make sure everything was explained to me and that I understood what was going on throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better service from both Louise and Chloe.
