Tagged solicitor Samanthi Perera
We have elected to use KLR solicitors for sell of our old and purchase of our new property. We found Samanthi and Jessica (While Samanthi was on vacation) very responsive and professional. Samanthi made herself available for for our questions on the phone or in person. Our purchase was for a probate which took a bit longer, but overall due to the efficiency of KLR we were able to complete the whole process within 4 months. Price quoted was exactly the price we ended up paying and there was no surprises.

Tagged solicitor Ian Cranefield
I have the highest opinion of Ian Cranefield as he was the only one of three solicitors that actually answer my question and did not tell me that I should have done something that could have put my home in a precarious position.
