Writing a review for Rita and her work is like stating the obvious. You see what you get and more, in the sense that, as much as this is her profession, her approach towards any client has been an experience where one is in awe of how well Rita is equipped in comparison to other individuals I have had experiences with. Rita is an asset to the company, and today I write this being a fully-fledged British Citizen because of Rita's perseverance with my case. Any layman or even the best immigration expert would have invalidated my situation and have said the chance of having a successful application would need a miracle. Well, they were right, as Rita was that miracle! One thing I would advise any future client is be completely open and honest with Rita, she won't judge you, she won't mollycoddle you either. She is to the point with a laser-sharp approach, and don't ever misconstrue this for her being blunt. Fess wise it was refreshing not to have a fixed fee and no shocking or surprising last-minute bills! In this profession, like many other professions i.e GP's, Call centers, you almost become de-sensitized in your approach as you are hearing the same situation day in day out and start to have a box standard approach. However this was not the case with Cartwright King, and I felt heard, listened to, and felt like I was part of a team that only wanted the best outcome for me. Cartwright Kind had pre-assessed who would be best suited to my case and they certainly did this via Rita Kotecha. Rita is a fighter, a force to be reckoned with, and if you are ever lucky enough to be working with her then once again I will re-iterate, go for it! Be honest! Put your faith in her! No one has a magic wand to solve everything and anything, however, Rita through her knowledge, year of expertise, and no-nonsense approach did the impossible for me. It's given me a new lease of life and I wish anyone reading this the best of luck with their situation.
