What an excellent team ! I was struggling to find a good and reliable team to help me with my wife's spouse visa from Bangladesh. I had struggled with my previous solicitor who had literally given me a bunch of papers and sent me on my way. I didn't understand a thing. Luckily a friend recommended salaam solicitors. The team were absolutely amazing. They sat me down and went through everything I required step by step. They kept in constant contact and I was in the loop every step of the way. I'd like to say a massive thanks to Ikra who's service was second to none. She is always willing to go the extra mile. Like holding conference calls with me and my wife ( irrelevant of the separate time zones !)to prepare us on what to expect and runs us the whole process. Olly is another member of the team who needs a special shout out. He is quite excellent at his job. He is very calm and reassuring and knows his stuff ! The exact man you want around when your going through a process like this. Could not be happier with salaam solicitors. They really are the reason my wife is here in the UK. Everything was so quick and efficient. My wife was here within 6/8 weeks of submitting ! That's in the middle of a national lockdown and flight bans !!

From start to finish the support from Melissa Southall was excellent. She was kind and helpful and extremely professional and was the only solicitor who came back to us promptly when we asked for initial advice and quotes. She went on to reassure us at every step of the process and we would not hesitate in recommending her and her company to others with similar requirements. Without her help we would have found the process - which was already time consuming and stressful, especially this year with post Covid and the Ukraine war situation - a much more arduous task.
