Solicitor Elizabeth Whitaker discussed our wishes with us over the phone and then drew up the wills which we signed at home in the presence of two witnesses. Without the help of him, trainee solicitor Ms Megan Delaney, and barrister Ms Wendy Hewitt, I have no doubt the outcome of my case would have been negative. As it stands, their constant hard work resulted in a highly positive result, only possible through their dedication and depth of experience.
