Our solicitor William was excellent throughout the process, responding promptly and really helping us throughout the process which was less standard as the house sale was at auction. We were assigned Natalie Bradley from BSG to act on our behalf when selling our home and purchasing our new property earlier this year. From the very beginning communication was fantastic. Having sold and purchased many houses before, we kind of knew the format but having someone like Natalie guiding and advising along the way made the usual tressed much less for us. The phone was always answered in a polite and friendly manner and when Natalie was unavailable we were always confident of a returned call - which is rarer than you think nowadays! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will certainly be using them again in the future - should the need arise.

As first time buyers we were quite intimidated with the whole process. We reached out to BSG as they have some great testimonials. William Speakman was instructed on our behalf and he is absolutely fantastic! We were kept fully informed throughout the whole process - we never felt the need to chase for updates. If we had a query, it was replied to promptly. With buying a house it can become overwhelming with legal jargon and information. But I can tell that he puts alot of effort into his work which really shows. Everything we received off him, he broke everything down so it was incredibly easy to understand. His attentive and dedicated approach made us feel very looked after. Highly recommend and will definately be instructing them in the future if needed!

I recently found myself having to deal with a technically difficult house sale and a separate house transfer after a bereavement. This involved a trust with multiple beneficiaries with several based abroad so difficult and confusing for an ordinary person like myself to deal with. After an initial meeting with them to explain the situation Bsg (Lancaster branch) were excellent in helping me through this tricky situation. I had to deal with multiple departments there (as I needed multiple services) and every single person I spoke to was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also coordinated across departments so the overlap of my requests never got lost or confused. I'm really glad I found them for this they understood what was needed and did everything required.

We were delighted with the conveyancing service received by bsg recently, especially as the house sale required first registration owing to lost deeds. Sophie and her team were professional and approachable at all times, and the advice given was spot on. This was all done at long distance, but nothing was too much trouble for them.
