We're so glad we used Kirsty at Maitland Walker. I had my suspicions that this could be a little drawn out as boundaries had been moved, which was fine on the ground, but legally with HMLR - it was full of surprises and not the good sort!! Kirsty remained professional at all times, along with the odd bit of good humour (which was definitely needed!!) and her diligence eventually prevailed when the other side agreed that it was their mess to sort out, yet time and time again (6 times in total I think) Kirsty would uncover a problem they'd 'missed'.
