Their online portal to submit and download documents are very easy to use, and their communications are always prompt and honest. My recent dealings included lack of communication from my buyer's solicitor (who was extremely difficult to work with) which has caused various extra work unfortunately, however Melissa and her team has successfully brought the conveyancing to the completion.
