Excellent professional conveyancing. Completed on time with no hassle. Very happy and will be using again. Thanks Sophie Ellis

Sadie Smith was prompt, professional, helpful and kind. Sadie was extremely quick in getting everything across to the sellers solicitors and kept me updated promptly, she went above and beyond to complete on a specific timescale put forward by the sellers. Even the estate agents were praising how quickly Sadie had acted upon everything. Thank you for all you help and support getting us on the property ladder.

Lea gave us an exemplary level of service at a reasonable fee level. We would unreservedly recommend her.

Friendly professional approachable team. Dealt with my matter efficiently. Would definitely make use of their service again.

I appointed Natalie O'Donohue and Maxwell Hodge for some conveyancing. The whole process, from start to finish, was first class. Fast, efficient, and Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend.

Suzanne worked extremely quickly to bring my dispute to an end. Can t thank her enough. Would highly recommend.

Harvey West and Heather Burgess have been outstanding in assisting us with selling a flat that needed a lease drawn up. If we emailed we were given a reply, sounds simple....but it means you know where you are and what needs to be done etc etc. It kept us relaxed when it was not straight forward.. they could also think outside of 'the box'. If our buyers conveyancer did not have the qualifications to convey a new lease just imagine how hard it is to write one !

Our solicitor for this transaction was Jo Showan. The service Jo provided was excellent. Her advice and patience steering this complicated case over an extensive period of time was fantastic.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Bronte for all her help and support throughout the purchase of my property. The process was not always straightforward, with some delays in receiving the necessary documents, but Bronte was always patient, professional and kept me informed throughout. She took the time to explain things clearly and answered all of my questions, even when I had concerns about the lease, ground rent, service charges and the various legal documents. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to guide me through the process. Buying a property can be stressful, especially when there are so many legal and financial matters to understand, but Bronte made me feel reassured and supported. We have now successfully exchanged and completed, and I have received the keys to my new home. I am very grateful to Bronte for helping us get to this point. I would highly recommend Bronte to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and supportive solicitor. Thank you again for all your hard work!
