I was very uncertain about which direction to take when I first sought advice from Fay, but her assertive, clear manner immediately helped me find clarity. She speaks with confidence, and it shows in the way she frames her answers — direct, structured, and genuinely reassuring. Her guidance made my decision‑making straightforward, and I left the one‑hour consultation feeling informed, supported, and relieved. I’m delighted with the service I received and would happily recommend her to anyone seeking clear, confident legal advice.

Emma came highly recommend and I was not disappointed with the service or final outcome. .My great thanks to her.

We were in communication with Chetan Hottkar. Was lovely to speak with and understood. Would highly recommend.

My son and I had an appointment with Frances on the 8/12/25 for completion of Land Registry forms From initial contact to Dixon Rigby Keogh Limited I quickly formed the impression of what a friendly, helpful and professional firm they were. From the minute of walking through the door, I was impressed with the most welcoming greeting and the whole feel of the place. Frances made us feel very comfortable and was so professional and efficient in helping us. I was so pleased with how smooth Frances made this process and I think it speaks volumes that this firm was recommended to me by another solicitor in Sandbach . Many thanks Frances for your help and also the lovely receptionist who rearranged a convenient time for our appointment. All round first class service. Thank you
