Kyle Perreaux, Mariam Abadi, and Sara Kuci provided a really good service during my flat purchase. They kept me updated throughout and all queries and searches were thorough and meticulous. I’ve used online solicitors in the past but Elite were better in every way. I would recommend them.

My solicitor - Samantha Millington got my house sale and purchase through in good time, sorting out many land registry matters.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rothera Bray for our property purchase and specifically Tim Brooke and his team Craig Allsopp and Nikola Dzierzak. Despite a non-straightforward transaction with multiple titles, Tim and his team were excellent from start to finish, always advising us in a timely manner and doing a really thorough job on all the searches and relevant property matters. Once completion took place, Tim and team stayed engaged to ensure the title registration was complete despite the delays at land registry. We cannot thank Tim enough as at several points we thought the property deal might fall through but with the advice, guidance and attention to detail provided by Tim we got there in the end! Thank you :)

Sophia handled my council house purchase brilliantly. She flagged what documents I needed first, kept me updated on council response times, and made sure the title processing was straightforward. No delays on her end. Really grateful for her expertise she made a complex process feel manageable.

Hannah & Jade got this deal done in no time. Highly professional as always & I would definitely recommend them.

Had an amazing experience with the team! They were great at keeping informed and up to date with every set of the way Thank you

We have received an excellent service from the company and specifically Shahar. We have been kept informed throughout the process by telephone and emails. The work has been quickly and efficiently carried out, and we are very happy with the service and outcome. We are going to require further work to be carried out by Sweeney Miller in the very near future and we are happy to know that Shahar is prepared to take that on board.
