I used Martin Tolhurst to purchase property 10years ago and used now for sale. Abbie Oswald was appointed on 12th Nov and we have exchanged contracts today. Abbie was always easy to reach via phone or email and responded as soon as she could to any queries. Thank you Abbie for dealing with me through my stressful moments. Kind regards Sharon

During our property sale process there were several unexpected findings which arose. Our solicitor advised us on these as soon as they came up and made recommendations on how to proceed as well as supporting us through the process and explaining every aspect. We would highly recommend the firm and our solicitor.

April was so helpful and clear with her advice and went the extra mile to send links to additional information. Thank you

Very good communication throughout the whole process of selling my property. Daniel the paralegal made it a very personal process, keeping me updated at all times. Never a problem when phoning for information. Kate had a very pragmatic approach to the process and was prepared to drive things forward and push back when the buyers solicitors were making unreasonable requests.

Hannah dealt with my first registration with land registry professionally. Great communication. Highly recommended.

Nicola Newton has succesfully undertakeen the first registration of my property with the Land Registry. Her service was first class in terms of professionalism and understanding.
