We were supported in the acquisition of a residential property by Kavitha Rajah an her team and have no hesitation in recommending them based on the excellent service we had throughout the whole process . Our purchase of a new home was completed on time and exceeded our expectations for support and input. Kavitha and her team were timely, efficient, accurate and helpful in all communications. They proactively provided us with guidance and council in the process and acted upon our surveyors report to ask for clarifications and seek more information as needed. We found the whole buying process was much more manageable due to their support and partnership.

Emily Boam recently helped me with my sale and purchase transactions. She is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I was impressed by the high level of service and would definitely recommend her to others.

We recently completed the purchase of our first home. We received excellent service from Jasmine who was very responsive to any queries we had and kept us up to date with all aspects of the purchase. The pre contract report was written clearly and highlighted areas that we needed to be aware of which was really helpful. Our whole experience with Howard & Over has been excellent, thanks also to Tullulah - legal assistant - who like Jasmine was incredibly efficient and the staff on reception who were friendly and helpful when it came to providing and collecting documents. We would recommend Jasmine and Howard & Over to others

I contacted Chris at very short notice and asked if he could review the legal pack for a property I was interested in that was going to auction in a couple of days time. Chris very kindly agreed and delivered on time. He provided very comprehensive advice that enabled me to make an informed decision. I certainly recommend Chris and Nelsons Solicitors.

Very professional from start to finish Dealt with a problem we were not expecting with land registry that potentially could have scuppered the whole sale by constantly reassuring us everything would be okay This helped immeasurably
