I simply can't praise Jo, our conveyancer, enough. Throughout a, very long, house purchase she was always contactable and always took the time to explain what was happening. We were always kept in the loop as she chased our sellers and their solicitors for information. We will definitely be using Tees for our next house purchase.

We have dealt with Barker Gotelee on the sale of two properties to date plus the purchase of another two properties. We cannot speak highly enough of Nicola and Bridget, they are efficient, communicate in a timely manner and are always approachable. Roland Jones handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of a new one. I've worked with Roland before on a lease extension and he was a model of sensible, sane advice – here too. Despite several challenges (a disappearing buyer, a tight mortgage deadline …) he kept everything on the road and was a reassuring presence in a sometimes stressful process, as well as very responsive and easy to get hold of.
