I simply can't praise Jo, our conveyancer, enough. Throughout a, very long, house purchase she was always contactable and always took the time to explain what was happening. We were always kept in the loop as she chased our sellers and their solicitors for information. We will definitely be using Tees for our next house purchase.

We have dealt with Barker Gotelee on the sale of two properties to date plus the purchase of another two properties. We cannot speak highly enough of Nicola and Bridget, they are efficient, communicate in a timely manner and are always approachable. We felt that Nicola had our best interests at heart throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Roland Jones handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of a new one. I've worked with Roland before on a lease extension and he was a model of sensible, sane advice – here too. Despite several challenges (a disappearing buyer, a tight mortgage deadline …) he kept everything on the road and was a reassuring presence in a sometimes stressful process, as well as very responsive and easy to get hold of. If only all solicitors were like this – a real credit to the firm, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and BAMc.

Liz Rose and team were outstanding with our recent house sale and purchase. She has been, by far, the best solictor we have ever used and would definitely recommend her. I used John Smart at Richard Griffiths for the probate and sorting out of my Aunt’s Will. He was professional and helped us to sort out a tricky situation. I found him professional but not distant, easy to communicate with and available when I needed questions answered. I also used Georgianna and team for the conveyancing of the property I was selling. They were efficient and kept everything moving along nicely. Again it was always possible to get hold of someone to answer questions and report on progress. I highly recommend the firm.
