I found SB Lawyers to be proactive and supportive in my house sale. Khrystyna in particular was most helpful by keeping me informed of progress with regular updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending SB and would personally use them again.

I would like to praise Aisling Dwyer in property. Aisling was polite and and very understanding in the sale of my property which at times was very difficult and frustrating for both of us. Aisling also handled my purchase.

Tracey Parsons We chose Tracey to be our solicitor after she was highly recommended to us. We had offered on a house extremely close to the stamp duty holiday cut off. There was only 8 working days left until the stamp duty holiday ended. We asked if she would be able to complete our house buying transaction in 8 working days as the saving would make a huge difference to us and enable us to complete work in our new house that we needed to do. This did not phase Tracey and she said that she thought that she would be to do this. Tracey was extremely hardworking, efficient, highly competent and thorough with a lovely manner. Her communication was outstanding at all times throughout the whole process and she kept us updated at all times with anything going on and she gave us extremely quick replies to any emails that I sent. She was friendly, clear, dedicated and we thought the job she provided for us was to a very high standard. To be able to complete our purchase to such a high standard in such a short time frame was outstanding. In the end it was completed in 7 working days. What an achievement! She is a complete asset to Aldridge and Brownlee. We would highly recommend her to absolutely everyone. You will not find a better solicitor. We are so happy that she undertook the challenge and now we have our dream family home thanks to her sheer hard work and determination. Emma and Leon Spurway

The sale of my mother's property (she is in a care home, and I am her attorney) was handled smoothly by BHP Law. Friendly and professional communication throughout, with prompt, clear responses to our questions - especially from Tracey Steele.

I recommend their services 100%. They know what they are doing . I can not fault them on anything. Professional, personal and caring. Best solicitor in the Bedfordshire area. I will recommend. Bushra and Sobiah were amazing. Thank you

We transferred parts of several properties for estate planning purposes, having little knowledge of what to expect. The entire conveyancing team were extremely helpful and patient with our delays, postal issues, and constant questions. Their answers were clear and concise and communication of progress throughout was clear and frequent, but not excessive. The team were always friendly and professional throughout, and were flexible to our needs (we were abroad for much of the time and they always offered simple and effective solutions for various documents to be sent back and forth, which saved us a lot of travel!). I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Mr Ahmad was a great solicitor to work with during my mortgage process. He was very professional, proactive and maintained excellent communication throughout the process . My mortgage was a success and I am grateful for having Mr Ahmad as my solicitor.
