My property had been under offer twice before with buyers pulling out at the last minute. The solicitors i had previously used just didn't deal with enquiries quickly enough and when they did they didn't seem to have the legal experience to resolve issues. With my third buyer i changed to Kavitha and her team at Judge & Priestly who were world's apart in term of professionalism, efficiency and their legal expertise. Issues came up which i was not even aware of as Kavitha dealt with them quickly without bothering me. I can not thank Kavitha and her team enough for making the whole process stress free and seamless, always going the extra mile to get things through. No other solicitors compare.

Andrew Holden. Many thanks for all your help, with selling our home. You did an excellent job. Your expertise and professional service was greatly appreciated. We would certainly recommend Andrew and all his team at Napthens. Roger and Diane

Thank you for helping me buy my home after years of being on the rental market. Natalie Couling and her team was very professional and advised me on every step of the process.

I would like to thank Elly at Nelsons for the support she has provided throughout my house sale. It has been a long process, but Elly remained consistently professional, calm, and easy to reach. She responded promptly to both calls and emails, and explained any complicated points in clear, straightforward terms. Even during a prolonged Land Registry issue, when I was contacting her daily, she stayed patient and reassuring, which made a difficult situation much easier to manage.Overall, Elly delivered a reliable and supportive service from start to finish, and I genuinely appreciate her help. I would confidently recommend her to anyone needing a conveyancing solicitor.

Very professional from start to finish Dealt with a problem we were not expecting with land registry that potentially could have scuppered the whole sale by constantly reassuring us everything would be okay This helped immeasurably
