Bilal been always available for any questions, very professional, updated us during the process and do his best to make transition smooth. He is reliable and offers his service for a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Very Professional & Excellent Service! Katie is a very professional & Helpful and well-communication Solicitor; Our case was complicated and although the property transaction was delayed due to some unfortunate family matters of the seller. And Katie always kept us up to date. We are really gratefully appreciate her professional knowledge & patient explanations and helpful! Her professionalism made us feel very reassured; We are so happy and lucky to meet this solicitor and received excellent professional service from her. Very good value for money; Would highly recommend Katie !!! Kind Regards, Mr Lau & Mrs Fu

Chloe is the utmost professional and dedicated the time to put my needs first. She navigated the sale of my property twice since the first time fell through due to the buyers. The buyer’s solicitor was the most difficult and rude person to deal with but Chloe never rose to his level and kept it professional. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to keep my cool! Chloe navigated a complex Land Registry title and got it resolved quickly. Will certainly instruct Chloe again and even the estate agent was impressed.

Our buyer was using Lisa Oram at Emerald Law, who with her assistant Minhal gave absolutely top tier service, progressing the sale proactively and with brilliant communication. Thanks so much, Lisa and Minhal!
