How glad am I to have found Rachel at Slater Heelis?! What a great experience! Having required a solicitor for the first time, I was quite nervy about the process! However, Rachel instantly put me at ease and dealt with the case in rapid time; ultimately resulting in the complete withdrawal of an SJPN for an alleged road-traffic offence. From the initial call with Rachel to the result, she always updated me on her process and remained transparent and honest throughout. Rachel is straight forward, clear, and obviously mega talented! Most importantly, it felt like she cared. Thank you so much for your help, and for making this experience a stress-free one. I hope I don't need a solicitor again in the future, but if I do... it will be Slater Heelis.
