Sam was absolutely fantastic from start to Finish, we are so grateful for all his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Without his persistence and determination, I’m not convinced our purchase would have completed when it did. He was proactive and kept things moving when it felt like the process had stalled. He went above and beyond and always kept us updated with any progress.

We found Howard and Over to be very helpful, professional and approachable throughout the purchase of our property. They were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and kept us informed throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straight forward and we felt well looked after from start to finish. We would definitely use Howard and Over again in the future.
