Rachael Stokes was wonderful asssiting and guiding me how to manage my mums estate after she sadly passed away last year. Rachel was kind, patient and most of all extremely knowledgeable. On Tuesday 10th September 2025 we had our first appointment with Corrine Seabourne after the loss of my dear siter. We needed her estate and probate sorted and we were nor disappointed as Corrine immediately gave us great confidence in her legal knowledge and 'know how'. She guided us through what we needed to do with clear and practical advice. Corrine also has a brilliant legal secretary Ella Lee, who was always on hand and kept us well informed and updated. This was my first time as executor of an estate and was a little bit daunted going into the process, in spite of having as much documentation, I thought relevant for the case. Once the process started, I guided ery professionally and with absolute clarity from Russell from start to finish. I frequently was double checking with him when sending back various documents and emails, and it was always dealt with no fuss from Russell, and he was happy to placate my many questions with no fuss at all. All in all, it was a very good experience with the company, even though dealing with the banks on the other side of the process was often painful. To be finished in 10 months I felt was aive very good outcome for me.
