Acting as Powers of Attorney, we engaged Easthams to do the conveyancing on our father's property. Sadly our Dad passed away, meaning the sale could not progress until Probate was granted. Our solicitor remained personable and sensitive to the situation, whilst continuing to update our buyers solicitor and estate agent. On receipt of Probate, our solicitor acted swiftly ensuring all Executors were appraised of progress and remained contactable should there have been any queries. A professional service with a personal touch.

My sister and I sold our late father’s house by auction and used Brown Turner Ross for the conveyancing. We were allocated Shay Saba who has been excellent throughout the whole process. He was very quick in responding to emails, explained everything thoroughly to us and ensured the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again if I needed to.

Probate advice at the time of Covid-19 was not easiest of times to be in, especially when I was dealing with the whole ordeal from abroad. This account account of my experience relates specifically to my Solicitor Patrice Lawrence. Although it took me a while to develop this sense of personal rapport with her, I feel she puts in a good dose of value added service in her professional work. As I run my own professional I am quite surprised that she is not rated as 5 stars as I think she should be. I hope my short account will raise her rating. You will also appreciate the strength of my recommendation as my probate dealings was over a period of more than 2 years. In the final analysis her human touch shone through.

Rebecca was my rock for nearly two years when I was, albeit reluctantly, my stepmother's executor, although living outside the UK.
