LB dealt with the Probate for our mothers estate, on a "Grant only" basis. All of our queries were answered, e mails were responded to, and the process made clear (we are first time Probate clients!) The time scale was made clear and the whole thing delivered well within the stated time frame. I was responsible for collecting all the information, and the format was described to me well. It was a straight forward job, and something that felt challenging and complicated turned out to be achievable. For "estates" that are reasonably straight forward and uncomplicated, I would suggest that this is the way to go!

Unfortunately when my mother passed and estranged from a sibling I needed an English Lawyer as I live in Scotland . So contacted Wollens to deal with my affairs. Craig Smith was my acting lawyer and was so supportive and explained everything to me . Sibling was not the easiest as he was sole executor , but Craig had my back through the whole process. I would recommend Craig Smith and Wollens to act for myself , family and friends if needed in the future. Very professional and friendly. I can’t thank Craig enough .

The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.
