Acting as Powers of Attorney, we engaged Easthams to do the conveyancing on our father's property. Sadly our Dad passed away, meaning the sale could not progress until Probate was granted. Our solicitor remained personable and sensitive to the situation, whilst continuing to update our buyers solicitor and estate agent. On receipt of Probate, our solicitor acted swiftly ensuring all Executors were appraised of progress and remained contactable should there have been any queries.
