Went to pick up wills, mentioned couldn’t find mums house deeds in general conversation, Jane later rang me to say that she’d done a search and found them, that’s going above and beyond in my opinion, exceptional service, thank you

Friendly, helpful and efficient service. Questions were answered politely with full explanation where necessary. We were kept fully informed throughout the process

Outstanding service. Professional, approachable, highly efficient. Great clarity in the communication style. Excellent value for money.

Having Dealt with KLR Solicitors at Sidcup Kent found that the whole experiance from start to finish Just Excellent so I'm 100% satisfied.

I met Ruth many years ago at a networking event and knew then that I would use her services as she was so friendly and supportive. Ruth did my will and both power of attorney. I had a few meetings to discuss my needs and explained how the process works extremely well. I highly recommend using Ruth . Thank you

On the three occasions we have needed help and advice your solicitor Victoria Cross was excellent in helping us navigate what could have been very difficult time for us. We will never forget her kindness and understanding along with her secretary Lois who has always been extremely helpful. Thank you to them both.

We recently engaged with Stephen and Ella at MLP to help us structure our business succession planning. They made it all very clear and simple, and listened to what we wanted/needed and made useful suggestions. We would highly recommend!

Jay Marsh-Gasson assisted me in making changes to my existing Will. Jay's professional behaviour, knowledge, and open and warm demeanour was very welcome. I really appreciated the time I was given to consider relevant details during both appointments. Jay was also great at keeping in touch and responding to emails promptly. He was courteous throughout. I was also greeted by a friendly receptionist on my arrival. Although the offices in Salisbury could do with a bit of tlc, the service offered was second to none. I felt listened to and cared about, which was more important to me. Richard Griffiths & co. helped me with my previous Will and I happily recommend them, and Jay particularly, without any hesitation.
