“I cannot recommend Gepps Solicitors enough. Over the past 3 years, they have assisted me during the toughest time when my brother passed away. He died intestate during lockdown. I firstly dealt with Chantelle Bradley, who assisted in settling probate, at the same time writing my Will along with my LPA and EPA. It took a year for probate to be granted and after Chantelle had left Gepps, I dealt with Raine Cozens, who assisted me with many issues with my late brother's property which suffered a serious of leaks, finally taking almost 2 years to sort out. I was also given advice by Gepps litigation dept during this time. whilst Raine has been on maternity leave, I have been dealing with Alison Kendall, who helped finalise my late brother's final estate accounts. I have also deal with Katie Jacksons conveyancing team who handled the sale of property at the end of last year. The amount of time, patience and advice extended to me throughout the 3 years has been exceptional. Trying to navigate my way through all of the many issues alone, would have been impossible.
