We recently completed the probate of our parents estate with Poole Alcock Solicitors and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Although the whole process took two and a half years to settle due due to its complexity, the team was absolutely incredible throughout. They were very kind, supportive and consistently hard working and took 100% responsibility of the estate, which gave us peace of mind during the difficult time. Losing both of our parents was difficult enough without the stress of legal paperwork. My husband passed away and I retrieved his will from his solicitor, who informed me it was straight forward. Two years later I was going through the process of selling our house and I contacted Stetfords, after a reccomendation . They handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my new one. During this process I was informed that his affairs had to go to probate. I was so upset. I was immeadiately reassured when I was introduced to Susanne White. She video called and was absolutely brilliant. Very reassuring and fully understanding. She advised me and acted straight away. During the process she kept me up to date and remarkably, made sure nothing held up the sale of one house and the purchase of my new one. I would highly recommend her. She is a caring, pro active lady and also explains every detail in a very understang way.

This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.
