I was told it is £180 for 1 hour. When I confirmed the meeting, I was told it was £250 instead as my case is more complicated. It was a normal briefing about our total assets and possible distribution. I then use the remaining 15mins to share my oversea pension. I was also told to change the 2-day trial to 1 day which my ex-solicitor had set, it will cost me ~£1000. I did it myself, paying just £190 to the court for the change. It is simple, so I am concerned the high charge. I am afraid the future charges will be high if I were to use her service although her hourly rate is reasonable.
