We had a fantastic experience working with Katharine Whittingham to draft our wills. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and clear in explaining all the legal nuances, and guided us through several iterations to make sure every possibility was thoughtfully covered. Her attention to detail and ability to make complex matters feel manageable gave us real peace of mind. The firm was recommended by the National Trust, and we’re very glad we followed that advice. Highly recommended.

Sydney Mitchell have been our solicitors for over 20 years, dealing with wills, houses and other small things, They are a very professional, honest and proactive Solicitors. Very friendly and are clear and concise with everything. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We have not used Hewitts before but read many good reviews. We are so pleased we engaged Hewitts on what became a more complex role in assigning a property left in an inheritance to my sister and myself. A really special shout out to Stacey McKenzie who coordinated the transfer and kept us fully informed of all progress and potential options to the numerous hurdles we encountered en route, engaging the various specialists in the firm to provide the answers needed. We have already planned to use Hewitts for our LPA needs and changes to our Wills in the New Year.

Scott supported me when I urgently needed to make a new Will and update to my Power of Attorney . His caring and professional approach at a time of great stress for me was much appreciated. The new documents were drafted and signed within just a few days.
