My wife and I are in our 90s and needed to make final wills and appoint Powers of Attorney - quite overwhelming tasks at our age involving several visits to our home and much paperwork. This was done by Amy in a friendly but professional way and after many months waiting for the Office of the Public Guardian to approve and register the documents all is now in place. All very much very much appreciated.

Very pleasant and approachable although the process went on for longer than I expected. This was however not a straightforward affair and was complicated by the involvement of a difficult family member. I felt comfortable discussing any issues with Gemma which I think is important. Although this part of resolving my father’s will is over, the process is not yet complete and will involve the services of Lauren Cotton again to help us. It would have helped to know in advance that Gemma would be dealing with this side of things and there seemed to be a delay in getting started with the purchase. Overall though I am very pleased and it will take the time it takes.
