Will Aid covers the arranging of simple, legally valid wills, and related guidance on estate planning, for people who may not otherwise secure such advice. A solicitor practising in this area drafts the will, ensures the correct execution steps (including witnessing and storage), and advises on executors, risk areas in an estate, and basic tax considerations. In practice, solicitors coordinate with the charity running Will Aid to offer a reduced-cost or pro bono service, while ensuring the client’s wishes are clearly recorded and legally effective.

“Really appreciated the support and guidance from Rachel, not just able to provide honest and clear guidance but was really just able to listen when I think that was what I needed the most. My concerns were treated compassionately and with empathy whilst giving me the direction I needed to move forward and I feel that I am back in control now. Thank you, cannot recommend highly enough!”
