I needed to have my previous Will re-written, due to the solicitors who originally wrote and stored it, closing down. My video meeting with Ellie was very straightforward, with all explanations made very clear, and that the Will would need to be re-written as existing ones could not be transferred. The previous Will was reviewed with Ellie, and we found an opportunity to make a small amendment, thanks to Ellie's explanations on a question I raised. From the initial meeting to the return of signed documents, I found Ellie and her colleagues at Poole Alcock to be highly professional, very efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, Jessica and her team where very calm and helpful and responsive, be it on the phone or via email and always got back to me in good time. Jessica was very understanding and patient in answering my many questions and paying great attention to all the specific wishes that I wanted to include in my updated Will. Jessica is also a very good listener and makes sure she gets the whole picture so to speak, as this is very important when it comes to delicate matters such as one's Last Will Jessica has clearly extensive knowledge of her trade and did her very best to put my words and wishes into a clearly structured and well written legal document, which of course has to comply with all the latest rules and regulations of the Testamentary law, something that a lay person could never achieve on their own. I have been with Jessica for many years and she never disappoints, in fact each time I have re-written my Will it gets better and more precise. I could not have asked for more and am very happy to recommend Jessica and her team to any one looking to write or amend their Last Will.

Although I had already drafted my will, I thought it best to have it looked over by a Solicitor. I had already used Amicus Law previously for the selling and buying of my house – I was very pleased with the service I received, so I had no hesitation in asking their legal department to sort out my will. The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.
