We recently needed advice regarding our wills. My husband is terminally ill and undergoing palliative hospice care at home. Unfortunately, due to his condition deteriorating so quickly, we were anxious to place Inheritance Act Statements on our wills which we had been intending to do for a long time, but never actioned it. Wills are like fingerprints, similar in many ways, but the devil is in the details. Ours didn’t have too many complications but to make the right choices we needed clear, practical advice. Sarah was able to supply this and draft wills were posted soon after our consultation meeting. A couple of phone calls cleared up the finer points and we were given a choice of appointment times to call in the Longfield office for signature and witnessing. A week later we received the electronic and paper copies and the assurance that the originals will be filed in the Tolhurst facility. There was also a leaflet on Lasting Power of Attorney, another necessary thing to attend to in later life. We are studying this and will certainly return to this company in the near future
