I had been putting off making a Will for years for various personal reasons and I was still very apprehensive when I made an appointment to see Clare at Hansells Solicitors. However, I should not have worried as from our very first meeting Clare was calm, kind and understanding, she took great care in helping me write my Will and I felt that I could speak to her in confidence. It was actually a very simple process and Clare explained that I can add notes to be kept with my Will in the future. I feel relieved and happy that something I dreaded doing is now done and it wasn’t scary at all. Clare also helped making LPA’s and they are now being registered. Another very important job now ticked off. My grateful thanks to Annmarie also as she showed kindness and understanding when I wanted to change something in both my Will and the LPA’s, I hope I wasn’t a nuisance and you were always patient.
