Probate advice at the time of Covid-19 was not easiest of times to be in, especially when I was dealing with the whole ordeal from abroad. This account account of my experience relates specifically to my Solicitor Patrice Lawrence. Although it took me a while to develop this sense of personal rapport with her, I feel she puts in a good dose of value added service in her professional work. As I run my own professional I am quite surprised that she is not rated as 5 stars as I think she should be. I hope my short account will raise her rating. You will also appreciate the strength of my recommendation as my probate dealings was over a period of more than 2 years. In the final analysis her human touch shone through.

I have used Paul Robinson's solicitors many times over the years after being introduced to Paul himself by a friend. Sophie was recommended to deal with my late uncle's property by her colleague who had dealt with his probate. From the outset, Sophie and her colleague Samantha Howard outlined the process clearly and answered my questions, putting me at ease that I would be in very safe hands. Throughout the process Sophie has been extremely efficient and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way as a Probate sale was a new territory for me. She has been very patient and calm answering numerous questions and explaining the many intricacies that have popped up along the way. Both Sophie and Samantha were exceptionally professional yet assertive when any issues arose (and there have been many due to third party failures), finding solutions to move things forward. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge but also by the approachability and friendliness of the team.
