We recently completed on a house purchase which was overseen by Ethan Murray of your firm. The service we received from Ethan exhibited such a high degree of professionalism, excellence and tact that I cannot help but praise him. Truth be told, before beginning the conveyancing process, friends and family often told me how slow and tedious solicitors can sometimes be when dealing with conveyancing, I personally think that most of this stems from an ignorance the general public have on the complexities involved, but nonetheless, all I can say to people I talk to is: that was not my experience. Ethan consistently updated us, sometimes multiple times a week, even just to say that he had chased the vendors legal team, when questions arose, he answered them, jargon-free, and explained matters with clarity. Ethan, in my view, is a credit to not only your firm, but the profession at large. I genuinely wish him a very bright and prosperous future ahead, it has been a pleasure dealing with him. Indeed, I will be contacting him in the not too distance future about getting a couple of wills drafted for myself and my wife.
