Anna offered invaluable advice in my claim for unfair dismissal leading to redundancy. She explained the options and strategies, and then helped negotiate the final agreement which was better than I could have hoped. She patiently explained the process to me and acted on my behalf in liaising with my former employer, making the final stage of my redundancy process far less stressful.
